About Trudi du Toit

Trudi du Toit has been actively involved in Education, Training and Development since 1985. She holds a degree in Languages and Psychology from the University of Pretoria and a number of post graduate qualifications. She started her career as a high school teacher before moving on to the corporate environment.

Trudi combined her expertise in education and training with extensive experience in business (sales, marketing and management) and created a business (Trudi du Toit & Associates) that helps organisations appoint, promote and develop the right people.

She facilitates soft skills programmes, consults and speaks - on "square pegs in round holes" - job matching. Trudi is one of the founder members of the National Speaker's Association of Southern Africa, a constituent registered Assessor, Moderator and Verifier for the Services SETA. As a qualified Skills Development Facilitator, she is an invaluable resource to almost any organisation with people-issues.

Trudi is married to Paul. They have two daughters and live in Sandton, Johannesburg. Her hobbies include reading, self-development, cooking, singing, outdoor family activities and travelling.
