Job Preparedness for the World of Work

The programme duration is 1 day.
Target group
This programme is ideal for school leavers or university graduates who need
to focus on what the world of work requires. It achieves the paradigm shift by
bridging the gap between studies and work and helps people entering the world of
work to make the mental adjustment and gain the perspective of a future
employer.
Methodology
Our facilitator uses PowerPoint visual presentations, international best
practice videos, role-play and case studies. The programme is a participative
workshop and focuses on implementation. The workshop is facilitated with the
emphasis on practical, hands-on exercises and discussion.
